1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning provided, notify us within 24 hours of service completion for a free re-cleaning or applicable refund review.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: If a booking is cancelled by MyBuddy or no partner is available for your slot.
- Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs within the allowed window as per Cancellation Policy.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
