Cancellation Policy
Clear rules and timelines for cancelling or rescheduling your service slots.
1. Free Cancellation Window
You can cancel or reschedule any booking for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled service slot time.
2. Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time or after a partner has arrived at your location may incur a nominal cancellation fee of ₹100 to compensate the partner’s travel.
3. How to Cancel
Cancel your booking directly from the MyBuddy Web Portal or Mobile App under "My Bookings" section.
